Time is of the essence and now is the time

It's coming hard and fast on many fronts now... the virulent anti-Semitism that is rooted not only among Muslims, but society at large.

Six Jewish women were shot down by a raving, whackjob anti-Semite... a Pakistani-American born in the U.S. Much will be made of his mental state or lack thereof, and authorities are are nodding their heads that this was indeed a "hate crime."

The oh so liberal residents of Seattle will blame his parents, racism, call for stricter gun control laws and in the process, ignore the real driving force of the murderous rampage... Jew hatred.

I call it terrorism. Terrorism is a tactic and the assault on Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle by Naveed Haq, 30, that killed Pamela Waechter was terroristic. It doesn't have to be organized or on the direct order of OBL to be terrorism... just ask the five wounded women who survived..

Pamela will be buried today; may her memory be a blessing.

The killing occurred right smack dab in the middle of Baghdad Jim McDermott's socialist congressional district.

Yesterday, House of Representatives Resolution 921 which condemned "the recent attacks against the State of Israel, holding terrorists and their state-sponsors accountable for such attacks, supporting Israel's right to defend itself, and for other purposes" passed 410 to 8.

McDermott lead the Coalition of the Gutless in voting not to support Israel or condemn Hezbollah, the other six democrats were Neil Abercrombie (D-Hawaii), John Conyers (D-Michigan), John Dingell (D-Michigan), James McDermott (D-Washington), Fortney "Pete" Stark (D-California), Carolyn Kilpatrick (D-Michigan), and Nick Rahall (D-West Virginia).

The lone Republican idiot was Ron Paul (R-Texas).

President Bush needs to shut up about a "sustainable peace" in the Middle East. As long as one IslamoNazi survives there will never be peace; what he should be talking about is girding our collective Juedo-Christian loins for the battle to come... whether or not he wants it or sees it rumbling toward us.

Secretary of Sate Condolessa Rice needs to stay out of Lebanon. Why give Hezbollah's sock puppet, Lebanese Prime Minister Fouad Siniora, the opportunity to tell her not to come unless she brings a complete ceasefire. America doesn't listen to, let alone pay attention to Quislings.

Thank gawd Bush doesn't give a damn about the Nobel Socialist Peace Prize (not that he'd get it even if he brought world peace single-handedly surrounded by an angelic chorus); like Jimmah Carter was after he campaigned 20 years for the bit of bling. Of course his perfect record of being anti-Israel helped a great deal. What does that tell us about praise from the left?

Events of the last few days have given me pause about Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's resolve regarding the attack on Hezbollah. Great pressure is being brought to bear by Bush. If Israel does not complete the task at hand... the 12,000 missiles will quickly become 25,000. 

Binyamin Netanyahu former prime minister and leader of the opposition Likud Party, said just on Limbaugh's show that "Iran has declared a second Holocaust (against Israel). If we do not neutralize Hezbollah, there will be no peace for Lebanon, no peace for Israel... no peace for anyone."

Netanyahu seemed to be reminding Olmert of his statements early on as Israel attacked Hezbollah positions, "the goal is to eliminate Hezbollah by whatever means necessary."

"We," he told Limbaugh, "are just the first target; we're the small Satan, you're the big Satan...and  Europe is the middle-sized Satan."

Netanyahu, former Israeli Sayeret Matkal team leader, knows of what he speaks... "The more power you use," said , "the less time you need."

His elder brother, Yoni, commanded a Sayeret Matkal unit and was killed during Operation Entebbe in 1976. He was a recipient of Medal of Distinguished Service, the equivalent of our Medal of Honor.

I've heard all I need to know about Mel Gibson. Much will be made of his mental state and his alcohol-fueled rage at all ''the f*****g Jews". What this man has lost is a presumption of innocence regarding the question of his deepest feelings. I'll paraphrase a Hebrew saying I just heard from Dennis Prager which observes that you can judge a man by what he does with his money, his anger and what he says when in his cups. Still, Prager, a decent man and observant Jew, called for penitence from Jews and Christians on Gibson's behalf.

Yet, no one can blame any Jew for deciding that Gibson is a an anti-Semite... just without a gun. I am somewhere in the middle... at the minimum, Gibson's stock with me has fallen beyond reclamation.

A schizophrenic war

The last three weeks again prove that the world holds that United States and Israel to one standard for fighting this war while IslamoNazis are allowed, supported and even honored for fighting quite another.

At this moment Israel is being roundly condemned for an attack in which Israeli missiles struck the southern Lebanese village of Qana, killing about 50-60 civilians – half of them children – when the building in which they sought refuge collapsed. (This just in: It turns out that the building collapse which killed dozens of Lebanese citizens happened eight hours after the IDF bombed the building.) --- A very special thanks to Patrick @ Clarity and Resolve.)

Israel is condemned despite the fact that residents of Qana were specifically warned to get out as that building was targeted for attack; condemned even though there is video proof of Hez Katyusha rockets being fired into Israel from that very position.

Condemned even though the head of the UN relief mission in Lebanon said over the weekend that Hezbollah's use of the Lebanese populace as human shields is "cowardly". 

The term is "shoot and scoot". Hez fighters park a truck loaded with a four or eight-pack of Katyushas near an apartment building or a UN peace-keeper outpost and fire all rockets in rapid succession. Then they immediately drive the vehicle out of the area, leaving Lebanese civilians to face the counter fire.

Once safely established in another civilian neighborhood they reload their launchers and lead the world in condemning the "massacre" of innocents by the IDF.

For a moment let us ponder the term "innocent" civilians. Certainly the average Lebanese is not guilty of firing every rocket, but is he innocent? Were the civilians killed by our firebombing of Tokyo and Dresden "not guilty" or were they "innocent"?

In the larger sense, they, like the Lebanese were not guilty... but hardly innocent. The Lebanese allowed Hezbollah to take over their country for the sole and cynical purpose of providing a terrorist sanctuary from which to kill innocent, as well as not guilty, Israeli civilians and military troops.

Just hours ago Lebanese Prime Minister Fouad Siniora thanked Hezbollah for its "sacrifices" in its war against Israel.

"We are in a strong position and I thank the Sayyed for his efforts," Siniora said when asked about a Hezbollah's Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah's call for Lebanon to take advantage of Hezbollah's military strength.

Yet the Lebanese claim innocence.

Could the Vichy French in WWII claim innocence when Allied troops rolled through France, crushing the German army and no doubt killing French civilians in the process? Of course not. The Frog army had collapsed in six weeks as they eagerly handed over the keys to the Champs-Elysées to Hitler and his henchmen.

It was from France of course that the Nazis planned to launch the invasion of Great Britain and control all of Europe.

At that moment, in terms of warfare, "France" ceased to exist and became "Germany."

Still, the WWII Allies did everything in their power to limit civilian casualties, despite the fact half of the French were eagerly sieg heiling, having made a pact with the devil for their own worthless necks... when they weren't too busy turning over French Jews for a one-way ticket to the ovens.

The brunt of war is often borne by civilians... it is especially so on the side of the vanquished and the weak. That does not necessarily make them innocent.

Southerners paid a heavy price that lasted long after 1865 for deciding to succeed from the United States. Collectively, they were traitors, and as such suffered four long years which culminated in Sherman's March to the Sea.

But even then with the very existence of the United States in the balance, the US military was able to keep Southern civilian casualties to a minimum.

In modern warfare, however, it is far less possible and the Lebanese are today paying the price.

The term "double standard" does not even come close to the near impossible situation in which we find ourselves with a world opinion infected by egregious, hypocritical condemnation.

The world news media seldom covers the dead and wounded Israelis; the callous world view is obvious, killing Jews and Americans is more than permissible, killing terrorists, their supporters and useful idiots is not.

Yet true to our life-affirming Judeo-Christian ethics, we continue to sacrifice our own combatants’ lives to protect, whenever possible, those who may prove unworthy of the consideration.

To wit:

--- "the world (is) a battlefield open in front of us."

--- the fighting between Israel and Hezbollah and Palestinian militants (will not) end with "cease-fires or agreements."

--- "It is a Jihad for the sake of God and will last until (our) religion prevails ... from Spain to Iraq," al-Zawahri said. "We will attack everywhere."

--- He said that Arab regimes were complicit in Israeli fighting against Hezbollah and the Palestinians. "My fellow Muslims, it is obvious that Arab and Islamic governments are not only impotent but also complicit ... and you are alone on the battlefield. Rely on God and fight your enemies ... make yourselves martyrs."

--- "The shells and rockets ripping (into) Gaza and Lebanon are not only Israeli (weapons), but are supplied by all the countries of the crusader coalition. Therefore, every participant in the crime will pay the price," al-Zawahri said.

--- Regarding the train bombings in London last year: two weeks ago, al-Zawahri reminded us, two of the four suicide bombers in the London train bombings had spent time in an al-Qaida training camp, preparing themselves for a suicide mission.

--- Al-Zawahri said Muslims everywhere must rise up to attack "crusaders and Zionists" and support jihad (holy war) "until American troops are chased from Afghanistan and Iraq, paralyzed and impotent ... (for supporting) for Israel."

There's nothing here with which a sensible person can disagree. I get it, Red State Americans get it, some Brits get it and all IslamoNazis get it.... what's wrong with the American left? What's wrong with approximately half of my country? How can they possiblly not get it?

Like it or not; care or not, believe it or not... this is a religious war, no matter what weak-kneed politicians, including George Bush, and the politically correct believe. One more time just for emphasis: "It is a Jihad for the sake of God and will last until (our) religion prevails ... from Spain to Iraq. We will attack everywhere."

No one opposing Muslim terrorism need even mention religion; if you're not a Muslim, you're a target for forced conversion or death. Any questions? If so, read your Koran... or flush it down the toilet, doesn't matter to me. But nothing you think, say or believe will change the psychotic march of the barbarians.

"Moderate Muslims"? I suppose, but quite frankly I don't hear much from them, There were numerous attempts on Hitler's life by Germans, Austrians, partisans in occupied countries, even those within the German army. They all failed, and paid with their lives. Why is it that I've never heard the same from within the "Religion of Peace"?

Hell, even Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki denounced the "agression" of Israel into Lebanon and refused to condemn Hezbollah, an Islamist Shiite terrorist group. Yeah, yeah, I know that for him, a Shi'a Muslim, it would be political suicide for him in Iraq... and I know that Howie Dean's probably correct and that Maliki is an anti-Semite and that the punchline is ..."yeah, but he's our anti-Semite."

But my central observation remains... Muslims hate Jews, muslims kill Jews. We don't hate Jews and we don't kill Jews, in fact, we support Jews.... now guess what? Yep, the friend of my enemy is my enemy.

Just for a minute let me speak with my leftist American brothers and sisters... the rest of you can talk among yourselves for a moment.

Ahem, just imagine for a moment that this is 1 November, 1945, and we have no nukes. We're in a landing craft churning toward a beach on the island Honshu. The selection was an easy one, based on his verbal drive-by shooting of Israel the other day, claiming that the deadly attack on a Lebanon UN peacekeeping force position that killed four was "apparently deliberate target(ed)" by the IDF.

It will be proved that nothing could be further from the truth... his knee-jerk response was based on pro-trerrorist belief and pure Jew hatred, nothing else. Anyone with a brain in their skull knows exactly why it happened even if the IDF was responsible in the first place... the Hezbo fighters were sitting up and firing from around the UN position to use it as cover. They got counter-battery fire for their trouble.

'Course there are probably some in the world who still choose to believe that Muslim mosques are just houses of worship and used for nothing else.... think Japan... 1945.

Fox News stealth lib, Shepard Smith, is cranking up his anti-Israel bias while reporting from the Israel-Lebanon border.

Yesterday he reported on “an Arab girl” being killed in an Arab village in Israel by an incoming Hezbollah rocket.

Taking a rather routine “town in mourning“ story, Smith was compelled to stress, “The locals tell us that the Israelis provide bomb shelters in mostly Jewish towns. In this particular town…(dramatic pause) no bomb shelter.”

In the entire 2:30 of the report, Hezbollah terrorists, the scum who fired the deadly weapon into a civilian population and are solely responsible for the girl's death, is mentioned once at the start of the piece. Therein after, Smith chose to refer only to the “rocket” in much the same way the U.S. news media consistently singles out “SUVs” as the entity solely responsible for deadly accidents in which they are involved.

He routinely paints Hezbollah as a social services agency, pointing out that it has "long provided necessary services" to the Lebanese populace.  The other day, Smith, filing his story from near the Lebanese border, signed off with “Inshallah” – Arabic for “If Allah wills it.”

Of particular note is his over the line grilling of an Israeli Air Force officer two or three days ago. He spoke to a flight helmeted piloted who had presumably just returned from a combat mission over Lebanon:

Last year, during a routine report about Jennifer Lopez and a disagreement with neighbors in her old New York neighborhood, Smith inexplicably said, "But folks from that street in New York, the Bronx section, sound more likely to give her a curb job than a blow job!"

He tried to recover with, "Or a bl-bl-block party!" but it only added to the level of studio discomfort. After some B roll of Lopez, Smith lamely intoned, “"Sorry about that slip-up there," he said. "I have no idea how that happened, but it won't happen again."

The AP reports that Bass is in "a 'very stable' relationship with a reality show star." Bass, told People magazine that he didn't earlier disclose his sexuality because he didn't want to affect the group's popularity.

"Disproportionate response" ... this may be the most egregiously inane statement/concept ever uttered. These asshats cannot logically claim that Israel doesn't have a right to defend itself, so they say "Israel doesn't have a right to defend itself so much." 

So, just throttle back by half when facing some raghead Nazi who has taken a vow of death to kill all your children? 

Israel is the only nation, and that includes the United States, speaking the truth in a simple and direct manner... "There can lo longer be a Hezbollah." There... no hemming and hawing, no ambiguity. That's about as diplomatically as Israelis speak... translated for Screamin' Howie Dean that's... "Kill every last one of the damn bastards."

Meanwhile the anti-Semitic, world-wide news media proclaims the IDF has killed "350 Lebanese civilians" with absolutely no breakdown as to which ones are Hezbollah, which are Hezbollah sympathizers (think "Viet Cong" helping the NVA), who are "useful idiots"--Lebanese Muslims--who allow the rags to use their houses as launching platforms or arms cache depots, and then finally... which are the psychopathic Hezbollah (or any other terrorist group) fighters.

It took the BBC, for example, until two days ago to admit this plain-as-the-nose-on-your-terrorist-mask fact that some of the civilian casualties were, of course, raghead terrorists and that it is virtually impossible "... to quantify who is a terrorist and who is a civilian."

Ya think?

Back to the bottom line... Iraq doesn't matter to the extent the left believes, nor does the IDF thrashing of Sheik Hassan Nasrallah's pig-sucking pimps in Lebanon. The individual battlefields are but current and tactical. Soon the battlefield will be somewhere else.. where ever there are IslamoNazis. Think Detroit, think New York City, or in any other country or continent in the world.

The average American leftist is so parochially chained to the 60s that he is mentally incapable of understanding that this will be the longest war since the Middle Ages... that's because in part, our enemy is from the Middle Ages.

The hardcore leftists, including the 15 major U.S. newspapers (sans the WSJ) and the old TV networks are not included in the above; they actually want us to lose, and work actively and specifically to undermine our military effort against Islamofacism.

In the parlance of war, they're collectively known as the Fifth Column.

Those who are incapable of or refuse to face this reality (think France, Spain) will eventually become victims of IslamoNazis.. either they will be summarily murdered as a hapless soft target or they will have helped undermine, by overt or covert means, their respective nations' will and ability to defend themselves against the onslaught of the barbarians.

My only problem with that scenario is that in the process they will take their intelligent and bellicose fellow citizens to their graves with them. Perhaps each country should simply designate such people as "International Community Targets" so that when war comes, they are immediately sent to the Hezbollah or Al Queida to be decapitated. That way their food and water can be distributed to those willing to fight.

I figure that here in the U.S. 30-percent of the population would just about cover our contribution of dead weight.

In the end; I mean the very end, when we move to the hills, (if we don't radically change our present national resolve) redistribute our ammo and do the whole "Red Dawn" thing..., we will most surely die.

I'm terminally tired of the rhetoric around this war... it's America and Israel alone against a world of terrorists; trust me. Proof of this is contained in a NY Times story which points out that among the world's nations, there are no takers to send troops for an international military force to be placed in southern Lebanon.

In other words... "thank you, but we would rather hang separately."

The war is coming home, maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but soon and for the rest of our lives.

It does not matter what John Kerry and his imaginary friends would do in his Bizzaro World of Fractured Reality. It doesn't matter who is president in '08, and it really doesn't matter where the greatest threat of the moment is to be found. This is not a political war; not even a "geographical war"... this is a war of survival, and our survival depends on killing enough IslamoNazis until they cease to be a threat. Kill a million? No; seven to 10 million is more like it, and that's just my conservative guess based on the estimated number of radical Muslims in the world. Nits breed lice.

We are now in the Neo-Neville Chamberlain Era or "2NCE" as I call it... "too nice... get it?" Chamberlain announced "peace in our time" just before 62 million were slaughtered in WWII because no one stopped Hitler and  the Japs.

Democrats are Chamberlain; 50 percent of America is, France is Chamberlain, so is Britain, despite Blair (the dimwit Brits did the same to Churchill)..., Chamberlainism includes all democrats and 70 percent on the US media. 

In this coming fight some of these fools will learn far too little and far too late that this is for all the marbles. This time peace will not be secured by defeating a country or sending diplomats to run up their expense accounts with hookers and fattening French food.   

It will be had by killing.

There is no exit strategy (see: Center, World Trade). It doesn't matter if gasoline is $11 a gallon; it only matters if your kids have a place to get out of the line of fire.

The blues ain't just colors

The dead in Lebanon are invariably reported as “people”… “men”, “women” and “children.” Never mind that out of necessity the IAF and the IDF are trageting airports, specific weapons caches, Hezbollah buildings, and the local infastructure which allows the terrorist to operate… roads, power plants, bridges, water treatment facilities. Never mind that these modern day Nazis hide among the populace while planning and carrying out their attempted genocide.

If I was an innocent Lebanese I wouldn’t make it a habit of standing next to buildings with Katyushas inside.

Television talking heads wonder and fret... when will this end? In other words, when will Israel stop defending itself? The rhetorical question is all that matters... the "West", the "international community", the UN, George Bush... when are they going to pressure Israel to stop?

Were the hated of Jews not set in historical concrete and virtually universal, this would be unbelievable to me.

There should be no need whatsoever to defend this war; the right and the wrong of it are profound.

Yet, we read this from Canada.com: "Five people were killed when a missile struck a neighbourhood in the southern Lebanese town of Nabatiyeh, police and hospital officials said. The target was a commercial office of a firm belonging to Hezbollah, but those killed were residents.

"In the village of Srifa, near Tyre in southern Lebanon, the air strikes flattened 15 houses. The village's headman, Hussein Kamaledine, said 25 to 30 people lived in the houses, but it was not known if they were at home at the time.

"This is a real massacre," Kamaledine told Hezbollah's Al-Manar TV (emphasis mine) as fire engines extinguished the blaze and rescue workers searched for survivors."

That especially TV reporters are largely leftist whores is hardly news, but when they agree to be lead around by the nose by terrorist handlers in obvious side-taking against Israel they have crossed the line from Lenin's useful idiots to purposeful advocates of terrorism.

Where is Lebanon’s responsibility in all this? Why do the media consistently give it a pass?

Lebanon, by the dictates of United Nations Resolution 1559, was directed to deploy its armed forces along the border to Israel in southern Lebanon and to disarm Hezbollah.

It did neither.

Instead Lebanon allowed a gang of murderous thugs to take over the country in exchange for being left alone to ply its lucrative tourist trade and rake in its 30 pieces of silver. Nothing was too dear to sell … freedom, peace, dignity, morality.

The Lebanese allowed the terrorist to make a sham of their government and their society and now want to be considered victims…. victims of Israeli aggression.

One of Hezbollah’s Lebanese puppets, Prime Minister Fouad Siniora, is calling on the international community to force Israel to halt its attacks in Lebanon and rush in humanitarian aid.

During a TV interview, Siniora said that more than 300 people had been killed and 1,000 wounded in the eight-day-old Israeli assault and that 500,000 Lebanese had been displaced.

Wrong. They were “displaced” by Hezbollah long ago.

Everything Israel does is held to immediate and mostly negative scrutiny… they are pilloried for using too much, unacceptable, “disproportionate” force.

When it comes to Islamofascists there is no such thing as too much force. The only way to stop them is to kill them; my only objection to using their corpses for target practice is the waste of ammo.

Israel is being warned that the world community… and even worse, the Lebanese, will not like them if it does not stop the war. Oh, horrors, most people in the world might hate them? Not a g-damned thing new there.

Better to be breathing in and breathing out... and hated.

This time around, Israel must not listen to anyone… not Blair, not Bush… they must destroy Hezbollah in its entirety and if it means the Lebanese must find homes elsewhere, so be it… such are the wages of making a pact with Satan.

But it's a hot heat....

Ok. I'll admit it... it's hot.... 106; but after "hot", what does it matter?

I refuse to lower my thermostat past 80... last month electricity was $150. I got another box fan; that's three ceiling fans, two portable and a "personal" fan. Next, I'll mount one on my glasses.

This is something I do recommend... 'bout an hour ago I was taking at break @ Wally World (their A/C is free) and in addition to the fan, I impulse-purchased the "EverCool Reusable Cooling Bandana"... get it? It's goes around your neck, it's cool and it is reusable.

It's filled with polymer beads (used for H2O retention in soils) which soak up water to many times their size.... put it in a glass of water and stick it in the 'fridge for 20 minutes.... Now, essentially you have a nice, cool, wet band around your neck... it works great... by focusing your attention on the five percent of your body that registers 70-degrees. Down here in Tejas... we consider that a victory, moral or otherwise.

That silence you hear is the democrats and leftists responding to the terrorist aggression against Israel.

Well, except for this:  As reported by the San Diego Union, dem party talking head Screamin' "Howard Dean accused President Bush Saturday of being weak on national defense and absent in the escalating violence between Israel and Hezbollah fighters in Lebanon."  Howie took the opportunity again once more repeat the dem plan--equal parts of "Bush has failed" and "we're not Bush" as his party stands four months out from the '06 elections.

His comments may be the most unhinged statements by a democrat this year... with the exception of everything uttered by federal cop beater, Cynthia McKinney.

No one really knows what the hell he's talking about, but then again, no one really cares; I just hope he stays at the helm through the '08 elections.

As a party, and even more certainly as individuals, the junior national political organization offers nothing in this crisis.

Meanwhile on "Meet the Press" yesterday, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich was calling a jihadist a jihadist:

"We're in the early stages of what I would describe as the Third World War and, frankly, our bureaucracy's not responding fast enough and we don't have the right attitude. And this is the 58th year of the war to destroy Israel and, frankly, the Israelis have every right to insist that every single missile leave south Lebanon, and the United States ought to be helping the Lebanese government have the strength to eliminate Hezbollah as a military force -- not as a political force in the parliament -- but as a military force in south Lebanon."

Joe Biden... also a MTP guest, made a few grudging points of a relative moderate tone... but moderates are no where near the drivers seat of this party... it's why Her Royal Highness Hillary! is struggling inside the party... she is balking at taking all her marching orders from George Soros.

Tim Russert, the often stupefied NBC talker, could only ask, "This is World War III?"

While I count the 50-year-long Cold War as No. 3, which brings us now to WW IV, Newt is right on target... wake up and smell the Katuchas. 

Back to Dem Land: Pseudo-newspaper, USA Today, reports that multi-millionaire new CBS teleprompter reader, Katie Couric, does have a plan for her brand of news that will be a winner at CBS: "(And) we heard from many people the news is just too depressing. Obviously, we can't sugar-coat what's going on, but there are cases where we can be more solution-oriented."

She was talking about her little series of "town meetings" during which just plain folks gave her feedback on network news. Viewers told her they want more perspective and "a better understanding of the ramifications of the news," she said. "I got the distinct sense they want us to go a little bit deeper" with historical background and "how is this relevant to their lives."

Ahh, so typical of the news media elite... she sees her charge as solving the nation's problems, not reporting the news. Is it any wonder the NY Times believes it has a right to run the DOD and the CIA?

Israel has also destroyed at least one long-range Iranian missile capable of hitting Tel Aviv; IDF fighter-bombers struck a vehicle carrying more than one of the distance-capable weapons. All were damaged or destroyed. 

Hezbollah has cached all its munitions in the homes, schools, church and government buildings of Lebanon. A ground invasion will be required... as always... and soon, to end this aerial assault by the Islamofascists.
