As faithful readers know, I refuse to watch/listen to political debates or what passes for political speeches these days… especially Obama’s.
What was last night’s SOTU?… the 400-and-somethingth pie-hole opening and closing of a man who never had a real job or bought a house without a handout from criminals.?
America, this is a near-psychotic Herr Hitler in the bunker with the Soviets closing in; this is Nixon drunk as a lord and talking to Tom Jefferson's portrait, this is Gloria Swanson as Norma Desmond… “All right, Mr. DeMille, I'm ready for my close-up.” Creepy.

And my best analogy is—Bogie as Capt. Queeg: “Ahh, but the strawberries that's... that's where I had them.”
Yes, Mr. President, it was indeed the strawberries… that Bush grew in The Predator’s fake organic garden, which like you, is nothing if not toxic.
I have no need to actually listen to the man, I know he’s lying because his mouth is moving, to coin a brand-new phrase that I’m sure will grow viral.
America, Real America, the way to get out of the hole is first, stop digging. And to do that we must take away his shovel.
Our set-in-stone terms for elected officials does not allow for much thinking outside the box… as in: “
boy, we'll sure get him in 2012”, or for the cynics… “he has to leave office by 2016.”
Sorry… we don’t have the luxury of time…. that’s the reason Jack Bauer works on a 24-hour cycle—and he’s already seen one suitcase nuke detonate, which fortunately was in Valencia, California.
To say our freedom and liberty is under direct assault and the Constitution imperiled, is to state the obvious; so what is to be done?
First, the people must reassert their control over the government at every ballot box, not just the second Tuesday every four years; like Bauer, we don’t have the luxury of time…. tick, tick, tick.
Every candidate, yes in your town and state, must be held to the tenants that made America great… that’s the litmus test: limited, small government, personal freedom, balanced budget, strong and aggressive defense. Dos that last seem contradictory? Semantically, yes, but in geo-political terms it is not.
Our commander-in-chief accepted that paramount responsibility a year ago dressed in a tu-tu (that he borrowed from Rahm Emanuel), and our enemies are just as frightened of us now as the Somalis were of Bill “The Draft Dodger” Clinton.
Hell, they even made a movie about it. A mob of subhuman Stone Age cretins knew the obvious… they had nothing to fear from America with a democrat in charge.
Clinton’s response?
Run Away!! Exactly.
Let me digress somewhat from theme and directly address you 40 and unders…. yes you who elected this Marxist; first shut the hell up and look at what he’s done to you, God knows your don’t care what he’s done to us who so clearly failed in raising you.
Under Obama the actual national debt, when you include every cent of benefits promised to seniors, Baby Boomers and other
entitled beneficiaries, amounts to nearly $62 trillion; that alone is $202,000 for every American who currently draws a breath.
“Our gift to future generations is the shaft,” said the Chicago Trib.
Okay kiddies… you think a $7.9 trillion Obama budget is bad now?
You’ll absolutely adore a decade hence…. you and the little woman with either each have two jobs and live it a two-BDR condo, or you simple won’t make it.
Food riots in the U.S.?
Violence in the streets of America? Yeah, you can’t imagine it because you are the least-challenged, most pampered and most self-centered gaggle of people, since…… my generation.
You cannot imagine a “Mad Max” scenario, because you think things are bad when you have to work an hour over time or you can’t sign in to your Twitter account.
That, and you haven’t seen people foraging for food in trash bins.
And above all the vast majority of you haven’t served in the military; so as a group you’ve done nothing for your country, except harm it and yourselves.
How’s that hope and change workin’ it for ya?
This year is pivotal.
If this off-year election isn’t a blood-bath for the democrat party, if conservatives do not regain control of the nation’s sanity in the next 18-24 months, we will not emerge from the hole whether we stop digging or now.

Like the truth, which is often ugly, this chapter of American history is hard to take. It too might end ugly, either as a political upheaval or a drama-filled episode of street protests and upheaval. Sooner or later that warm liquid falling on our heads will be identified not as rain, like we have been lectured and propogandized to believe, but the disdainful pee that many of us know it to be.
The clock, she is ticking...
