Saturday’s morning’s coffee klatch at the Fried Pie was lively as usual… and all-male affair this week as the distaff members of the group found better things to do. We agreed that it was hard to keep up with the daily outrages emanating from the White House since the new regime has made the best of the last 18 months to destroy our country.
It was decided that those who believe that Barack Hussein Obama is not an enemy of the state, but rather a buffoon inside an idiot wrapped and a cretin…. are a “moderate democrats”.
This disassemblige of America as a military, economic, moral and capitalist Collossus is being carried out full-on with Machiavellian intent, making unlimited government power and vast wealth for its leaders synonymous, and the regime’s twin goals.
But first, their must of necessity, be destruction: “We had to destroy it to save it.” How is that any different from declaring some industry “too big to fail” and nationalizing it?
Let’s wait a moment for the moderate democrats’ response.
As Queen Nancy said yesterday:
… the Democrats are one bill away from completing President Barack Obama’s “blueprint for American prosperity.”
“We have passed two of the three pillars in the historic healthcare and education reform and are working towards a clean energy and climate agenda in Congress,” Pelosi said in her remarks to the California Democratic Party state convention in Los Angeles on Saturday. “And essential to prosperity for middle-income Americans is reining in Wall Street.”
We we are witnessing is the blitzkrieg-like revolutionary, anarchist/communist master plan called the….”Cloward-Piven Strategy” which was unveiled in a 1966 Nation article, "The Weight of the Poor: A Strategy to End Poverty."
Marxist university professors Richard A. Cloward and Frances Fox Piven called for "a massive drive to recruit the poor onto the welfare rolls" in an effort to overwhelm the system.
The orchestrated crisis(es) since Obama was inaugurated were designed to do exactly that… to exceed the ability of the US capitalist participatory republic’s ability to respond quickly in order to pave the way for “soft despotism”.
From the LM31 August 6, 2009 post:
ACORN’s Wade Rathke continues: "[I]t is hard to believe that we cannot assemble the troops to mount a campaign for maximum eligible participation that harvests the opportunities and dollars already available if we could achieve full utilization of existing programs".
Wordy, but you get the point.
The radical left with its charismatic leader (there is nothing new in Despot Land) has intentionally crashed the economy, spent and printed money as if there is no tomorrow and thus paved the way for government to “take over” to save…. the car industry, national health care, oil production, public utilities, food production, major corporations, transportation.
It is just the beginning.
When the dust settles there will only Big Government. Communism did not die with the Soviet Union or the Berlin Wall, it simply sought cover in the democrat party, unions, especially the environmental movement and of course the lynch-pin: “community organizing.”
We are living this now.
Making the vast majority of Americans dependent upon government will kill the soul of the nation. Leaf through history as far as you want… try any cliché you want, any stereotype. As sensate beings we have an instinctual fear of the big and powerful; it is why Real Americans love their country, but hate their government for its always diabolical potential.
The anti-Americans are polar opposites… they hate religion which is a threat to big and powerful government, they hate free speech for it is a threat to both the government and the lap dog reporters in the state run media.
They hate our history, our American exceptionalism, our goodness and charity… they hate those who we have fought and died for what President Reagan called the “shinning city on the hill.”
And they hate you.
I now know this personally.
Two friends I had since 1963 have turned their backs on me because of their religion… that would be—unions/Obama/secular humanism, atheism and worst…. being soft between the ears.
This is what happens to most people who teach school for a living, they lose their common sense and intellectual sharpness.
It’s understandable in a way… they talk with children for 25-30 years and thus have no intellectual stimuli to blunt political correctness and union propaganda.
Fred (not his real name) ended our almost 50-year relationship because I said that teachers’ unions were killing not only our educational system, but our nation’s future. The other, Sammy (again, not a real name) was hacked off because I used terms like “left-wing new media” which he essentially said I could not use in our conversations.
You’d be shocked, I’m sure, to learn that they were both teachers/ administrators for three-decades … it’s been a long time since they had an adult conversation.
I told them to pound sand.
It took me almost a half century to find out who my real friends are.
Feels like the Civil War to me.
But I have resigned myself to the fact that I misjudged them and that I
have had friends who would turn me in to a “Big Brother” Orwellian regime… they would become capos in the camps.
Hold your enemies close, hold your friends closer.
