Reports from Leftie Land grow more and more grim about the demise of the once highly touted, miserable failure that is Air America.

It couldn't happen to a nicer group of people.

Battered by financial malfeasance, the lack of enough billionaire patrons and underwriters, massive egos of the "talent", anemic ratings and an audience comprised only of the tin foil hat crowd, Air America is in a fatal, flat spin and will not survive.

Mainly because of extortion salary demands by the likes of Al Franken and Randi Rhodes, AA is hemorrhaging George Soros' money faster than terrorists buying Dixie Chicks T-shirts at Jihadstock. Talk on the internet and the radio has it that these two ideologues by virtue of their positions as "headliners" are hurriedly stuffing their pockets because the writing is on the walls and they're getting as much of the long, green as they can before it's gone.

Annoying pain-in-the-ass AA talker Jeanine Garofalo is not in the money fight along with Al and Randy-with-an-"i".. even better, she's reportedly missing from her microphone duties all together.

The vanishing suit:  About a week and a half ago AA Prez Gary Krantz hit the silk saying he's considering "several other opportunities." In what must be regarded as a front-runner for Straight Faced Statement of the Year, Krantz said, "I am very proud of my accomplishments over the last year in terms of increased revenue, affiliation, audience, and our Web presence,” he said, adding, “Air America is and will continue to be a great force in talk radio."
